Being pretty inspired by this chick on Obsessed.

She’s afraid of people killing her in the dark and earthquakes. She tried an earthquake simulator, freaked out, and was in tears. Her OCD thearpist said “I have a question for you - do you want to take this a step further and do this in the dark?” 

Her eyes widened, she was visibly terrified, but all she said was “Yes.” “Are you sure?” “Yes.”
